There are 210 employees, including 45 management personnel and 25 technical research and development personnel; the registered capital is RMB 30m and the total assets reach RMB 150m. Main production and testing equipment reach 182 and 27 sets respectively; the company has 5 major processes including CNC machining, stamping, welding, electrophoresis, and assembly.
Certifications
Mainly responsible for the CNC machining of the caliper body and the bracket. Our equipment is advanced in technology and adopts the four-axis turntable mode. The main relevant dimensions of the processed products are clamped once to make the finished product offline with excellent consistency.
Passed the national high-tech enterprise certification in 2021; our company has carried out product research and development since 2016 and is the first integrated drum EPB patent application company in China. Our company applied for IP protection and obtained several patent certificates while developing products.
